Pastor Jeffrey E. White was raised in a pastors home and accepted Chirst as his Saviour as a boy in Sunday School. He sensed the call of God on his life as a teenager and attended Eastern Pentecostal Bible College, Peterborough, Ontario. Pastor White applied for ministerial credentials with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Newfoundland and Labrador in 1992 and served as Youth Pastor at Word Of Life Tabernacle, Robert's Arm until 1995. He then pastored Beacon Tabernacle, Birchy Bay from 1995-2005. He served Calvary Pentecostal Tabernacle, Bishop's Fall's from 2005-2009. He took up pastoral duties at Port de Grave Pentecostal Tabernacle in July 2009.
He has served for a number of years as an Executive Presbyter and member of the General Executive of the PAONL. He currently serves as Secretay for the Emmanual Convention Centre Board of Directors. He is married to the former Andrea Perry of Stanhope and they have a twin of boys, Joel & Joshua.

Pastor Andrea (Perry) White was raised in Stanhope, NL. Sensing the call of God upon her life she attended Eastern Pentecostal Bible College and committed herself to the perfect will of God. In 1993 she married Jeffrey White and in 1997 God blessed their lives with a twin of boys, Joel and Joshua. She served with her husband in Robert's Arm, Birchy Bay, Bishop's Falls and currently Port de Grave. While serving in Bishop's Falls she filled the position of Assistant/Christian Education Pastor and currently fills the same position in Port de Grave. She is passionate about ministering to children and has a firm belief that God can and does use boys and girls in His Kingdom. She currently serves on the Women's Ministries Lead Team for the Pentecostal Assemblies of Newfoundland and Labrador as the Community Outreach person. Her husband and boys are the loves of her life and she is very proud of the three of them. She loves to spend time with her family, read, interact with children and minister to women.

Her personal vision for ministry is as follows:

"My desire is to first of all humbly submit to the perfect will of God and allow Him to work through me to touch others. I want to see lives changed, young and old, by the power of an unfailing God. As God works through me, I am willing to walk through doors that he opens!"

At the age of 18, while attending a secular university, Pastor Russ sensed the call of God upon his life.  After completing that year of studies, he applied for Bible College through the Master’s College Distance Education program.  During his studies he lived at home and was active in his local church as well as volunteering at a youth group in Campbelton, nearby his hometown of Lewisporte.  After completing his studies, Pastor Russ received his credentials with the P.A.O.N.L and was hired as the Youth/Assistant Pastor of Calvary Pentecostal Tabernacle, Bishop’s Falls(2005-2009).  He began as Youth Pastor of  Port De Grave Pentecostal Tabernacle in August of 2009.  Pastor Russ is Married to Jennifer, and together they have two boys, Reuben and Samuel.  He enjoys spending time with his family, sports, hunting/fishing, and enjoying the Great Outdoors.

Pastor Russ’s Vision for the Youth of Port De Grave is that they would become students of God’s Word, love those who are rarely loved, and to be the shining lights they are called to be in their world!
